The Suits is the largest organized crime group of Haven, founded and run by Juniper Vitale. After signing a treaty with Urof, one of Haven’s previous leaders, the Suits were allowed to legally operate and flourish in Nadir as long as they helped keep the streets clean of independent criminals and smaller gangs.
Suits can be recognized by their style of dress: a business suit.
Structure
Each sector has its own suit, easily differentiated by tie color, and are led by a single king or queen. While all groups have a good balance of talent and character, some excel in specific areas.
Sector 1: Spades â™Â

The spades are a diverse group with a multitude of useful skills and serve as a catch-all for members that don’t fit elsewhere. The first king of spades was Jon Lockwood, followed closely by Deatoura O’Malley. Juniper has made no indication of ever refilling the position.

Sector 2: Hearts ♥
Queen: Maye Lee
Hearts consist of the most talented marksmen the Suits have to offer. They’re strictly run and most outwardly professional. Many of Maye’s hearts have worked with her prior to Haven.

Sector 3: Diamonds ♦
King: Ritz Tikolo
Diamonds are the only gender specific suit. There’s not a woman among them which they make up for by controlling almost all brothels in sector 3. The diamonds are mostly what you’d expect them to be under Ritz: loud, drunken brawlers you’d never want to face in a bar fight.

Sector 4 went without any Suit activity for quite a while until Uena bargained herself onto the team. The clubs are comprised of a short, secret roster of which only she and Juniper are aware. They’re covert suits who don’t conform to the widely recognized dress code or do anything that would tie them to the Suits. As a result of this, sector 4 has remained in shambles and become the only free market.
