Defect Books (update)
I am so immensely sorry some of the bindings on the books were shoddy. I’ve checked my remaining copies and two out of five books had pages that came right out. My printer has informed me they’ve completely updated their binding system and future books should not have this problem.
If you have a damaged book please respond to this post or e-mail me (if you haven’t already told me). I’m working out what best to do but I need a full death toll first.
[update] You must tell me your book is damaged by June 1st. If you haven’t told me by then I won’t be able to do anything to help you since I will have already ordered replacements.
As far as reimbursement, I’m offering two options: a new copy or a free commission. I’m offering art requests for two reasons: 1.) if I pay for everyone’s replacement shipping and envelopes I’m going to run out of the little money I’ve made from this and 2.) I won’t be drawing another sketch in your new book if you bought one (though I guess if you want to pay for shipping I can do that). You don’t have to decide which you want (if any) right now, I’ll probably contact you all individually when the time comes…but you have to let me know if you’ve got a bad book, so double check!
[update 2] My non-defect books are officially sold out despite everything! Thank you!! I will reopen the store when all of this nonsense is over.
[Friday] No update today. It’ll be up this weekend, sorry.

Mine had two pages come out when I first started going through it. Not a big deal, though. I used to work in a library and we’d get trade paperbacks and graphic novels that started shedding pages before they even went into circulation…just glue ‘em back in!
That email link doesn’t seem to be working :o
Arghhh thanks.
Well, one page comes out in my book, but I’m really not too concerned over it so no worries. ^^ Shit happens, it’s not your fault. :3
I think I told you, but just to be safe: After re-checking, my loose page count went up to 4. So I’d love to get a replacement copy. Since it’s not your fault the copies are damaged, I’d be willing to send you an additional $5 to help with the shipping (I’m poor or else I’d send you the whole shipping amount, after all I’ll get to keep the damaged volume including the old scetch, don’t need a new one either).
A page came out of mine too… I’m gonna try and glue it back in, though :3
a few of my pages have liberated themselves from the binding as well. I’m almost scared to open it up D:
