First I got into a rut by being preoccupied with personal stuff. Then my refrigerator broke but my landlord wouldn’t fix it. Then my slave drive died. Then my DVD burner broke and I’m running out of space so I can’t make backups. Then I had one of my teeth extracted and am currently battling nausea, chills and vomiting.
OTHER THAN THAT LIFE IS PRETTY GOOD!!
[edit] Not dead yet.

Being Job’ed is never fun. Take the time you need to get things straight and feel better–maybe the rut was a sign you needed pause for a week or so? Either way, don’t worry about it. We’re still here, enjoying Dea/Serus banter. <3

Check the law in your city/state. Most states REQUIRE a landlord to fix essentials within 24/48 hours notice. Refrig would count as essential in most books. It’s never nice when you have to drag out the law books, but it sounds like it might be close to time. (and if the refrig is already fixed, then have the knowledge on hand for next time)
Hope things are heading in a better direction now!

We ended up defrosting it after a week of silence and lies. Working alright…for now. He pulled this same shit with the stove that broke a couple of months ago. Took a few weeks to replace it.

Aw. I’m sorry Alice. :( Brilliant minds are always hit the hardest. Bastards are just jealous ‘cuz they can’t come up with the awesomeness you do. Hope things turn up for you real soon. *offers hugs and cookies*
